DAY SIX
What have we done up to this point?
You've dealt with all inner conflicts connected to your goal and created the confidence about its achievement.
You have transformed your abstract goal into a specific Goal Achievement Experience, which is absolutely attractive to all parts of your being and in harmony with your Spiritual Path. So, now you have a clear vision of your goal, and it's is perfectly attractive to all aspects of your being.
You've created your Best Case Scenario – the sequence of events that must occur to allow you to achieve your goal (your GAE).
The BCS also helped you realize what actions you must take.
You created totally logical List of Actions (LA) which you will take in order to reach your goal step by step. Because these actions are closely connected to your GAE you will be naturally motivated to take them. No more forcing to “behave positively” or motivating yourself in regard of this goal. You will be naturally motivated to do all that needs to be done, and you will do it easily because you want to do it.
From now on, the only thing you need to do is to start taking actions from your List of Actions (LA), and keep yourself in the 10/10 state with the help of the program for individual work.
To allow you to get best possible results, I have created a simple daily plan that will allow you to easily practice these techniques after completing 7 day E-course.
DAILY PLAN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE AFTER 7 DAY COURSE
Morning exercise:
1. Ask yourself if you are really confident about achieving your goal. If you are not do the process for resolving conflicts (DAY 3) once.
2. Think about your GAE, and pay attention to its past (BCS). Make one of the following lists:
- Ten things I can do today for achieving my goal.
- Ten things I can do this week for achievement of my goal.
- Ten things I can do this month for achievement of my goal.
Evening exercise:
1. Make a list of the things that you have done since the previous morning for achievement of your goal.
2. Evaluate (0-10) how far you have progressed on the way of goal achievement.
3. Ask yourself: What changes (compared to my usual behavior) have I made today, in order to reach my goal?
SOME POINTS ABOUT THE EVERYDAY PLAN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE
You should do morning exercise first thing in the morning, and evening exercise last thing in the evening. Also, be sure to always really notice GAE's past before you start making lists of things you could do (in the morning exercise). That element makes a big difference by naturally generating enthusiasm and willingness to take positive action.
Most of the practitioners don’t complete conflict resolution exercise (DAY 3) during their first pass trough Spiritual Effectiveness E-course. This exercise is essential for the whole course. If you don’t complete this one, you will find yourself “lazy”, and “non-motivated” to do following exercises and take specific actions, even if your GAE is really perfect and really attractive.
This is natural. If you haven’t completed this exercise, you will still have some remaining conflicts, and that means that some parts of your being will oppose achievement of your goal. Of course you won’t feel enthusiastic about taking necessary actions.
This is why it is good idea to continue doing conflict resolving exercise (DAY 3) every day for a week or two after completing this E-course.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU START TAKING ACTIONS?
Some of the things that happen in material world, will also get you out of your perfect emotional state. Some of your actions won’t produce results you expected and that will activate new inner conflicts. You will feel bad like you have failed.
When that happens, all you need to do is to deal with it with the process from DAY 3 (like you already did).
Whenever you don’t feel confident about achievement of your goal any more, that means you need to redo process for resolving inner conflicts (DAY 3).
After you have completed that process, ask yourself if your GAE and BCS need to be changed (and they usually will). This means that when you notice that you don’t feel totally confident about achievement of your goal you need to do a small version of the whole E-course and correct those elements that need modification. Sometimes it will be enough to resolve new emotional conflicts that appeared, but sometimes you will need to modify GAE and BCS again.
This is logical. When some of your actions don’t produce desired results, you will need to modify plan for achievement of your goal.

But, probably the easiest way to practice (and achieve your goals) is to just do the exercises from daily program, and check regularly if you are confident about achievement. Whenever you stop feeling confidence about yout goal, you should do the the process from DAY 3 and check if your BCS and LA need changes.
And I need to emphasize it again how important is to take actions for achievement of your goal. We did all these exercises in order to allow you to determine which specific actions will take you to achievement, and to make it easier to take them.
If you don’t take actions once you have created your LA (list of actions) you are just wasting your time.
So-TAKE ACTION!
It may sound as a cliché, but it’s not.
Resolving inner conflicts was there not to make you feel better about the goal (well, not only because of that :-), but to get you in optimal emotional state to TAKE THESE ACTIONS and achieve your goal.
